Summer is time to flourish

Bright flowers, cotton candy clouds, fresh produce, and blindingly blue sky mark the season of vacation, relaxing, exploration, and flourishing. I love summertime! While Petalwink is exploring Newman Forest, finding shady spots to nap, splashy places to paddle around, and new places for bouts of her favorite game Dizzy Birch, Deborah, Trish, and Angela are loving some summer fun, too (although it looks a little bit more like work). Deborah is digging in as musical director for a new musical "Bottle Shock: The Musical," in Napa, CA (practically neighbors with Angela!); Trish is directing a musical, "John & Jen," at Insight Theatre in St. Louis; Angela has finished writing the script for Petalwink: The Musical and is improving blank walls all over Sonoma County.

Just a few more songs and we'll have ourselves a musical!
